The Amsterdam Pass

Дата размещения: 23.07.2021

If you’re in Amsterdam, there’s a few things that you have to do before you leave – and this is the best way to make sure you do them all. The Amsterdam Pass will get you through the doors of two of the city’s most famous museums, let you zip around the city on the iconic blue and white trams, and give you a quintessential European experience as you cruise down the UNESCO World Heritage-listed canal ring.

The city is also home to some of the most famous artworks in the world, including the star of the Rijksmuseum, Rembrandt’s The Night Watch. Your ticket will allow you to explore the Rijksmuseum’s treasures, as well as a number of Van Gogh’s masterpieces, like Sunflowers, Almond Blossoms, and a collection of self-portraits, all of which illustrate his evolution as an artist.

Rijksmuseum:

If you haven’t had enough of Van Gogh, then don’t worry, he makes an appearance at the Rijksmuseum too. He’s not the only Dutch genius on display though. Expect to see art by Rembrandt, four masterpieces by Vermeer (a huge collection considering there’s only 34 in total), and a history of the Netherlands told through art, artefacts, and relics of its colonial past.

One-hour Canal Cruise:

If you’ve got an Amsterdam bucket list, a canal cruise should certainly be part of it. The historic canal ring is a central part of the city’s identity, and it’s the perfect place to appreciate the tall townhouses, quaint bridges, and hustle and bustle of cycling locals from. An audio guide comes included with the cruise, so you can learn more about the city while appreciating the view.

GVB Amsterdam Public Transport Card (48 Hours):

You’ll hear the ”tring” of the Amsterdam tram plenty of times during your visit. It’s much more than just an obstacle to avoid when you cross the road though; use the GVB 48-hour pass and make the most of the city’s public transport. Take advantage of the tram, metro, and buses to make getting from A to B as easy as pie.

Amsterdam & Dam Square Audio Guides:

Gain even more insight into famous landmarks in the city with the Amsterdam audio guide, from the A’DAM Tower all the way to Westerpark, and everything in between. Everything is covered, including major museums, historic churches, and even the Red Light District. You’ll also get access to a special audio guide specifically devoted to Dam Square, a historic part of central Amsterdam home to the Royal Palace and other major monuments.
